As part of its effort to develop future leaders among Jewish communities around the world, AEPi hosts various summer leadership conferences during its annual International Convention. There are three leadership tracks that the organization has maintained for nearly 10 years: the Hineni Jewish Identity Enrichment Conference, Michael A. Leven Leadership Institute, and Civic Summer Engagement Conference. Each track is open to undergraduate students and focuses on different aspects of leadership.
Through the Hineni Jewish Identity Enrichment Conference, AEPi offers the Tikkun Olam and Jewish Identity tracks, which encourage brothers to improve their communities and help them strengthen the Jewish identity. Meanwhile, the Leven Institute teaches the basic tools needed for leadership and management. The Civic Summer Conference teaches brothers about the student government elections process and gives tips on managing student government campaigns.
Attendees of any Summer Advanced Leadership Conference are reimbursed $100 for their AEPi convention registration.
